- Das Aspero hat 2019 die Gravel-Welt im Sturm erobert und eine "neue Ära der Geschwindigkeit auf Gravel" eingeläutet. Für Vollgas Fahrspaß ohne Kompromisse. Und es ist noch etwas aerodynamischer. Beim Aspero geht es bei der Aerodynamik weniger um die reine Geschwindigkeit als vielmehr darum, Energie zu sparen. Nach einem harten Tag im Gegenwind können die drei Watt, die gegenüber dem vorherigen Aspero eingespart wurden, einen Energiegel weniger bedeuten, den dein Magen verdauen muss - DAS IST ES WERT.
- Neben der Reduzierung des Luftwiderstandshaben haben wir die Sitzstreben tiefer gesetzt und die Steifigkeit im Steuerrohrbereich leicht verringert. Für etwas mehr Komfort, der die letzten Stunden eines langen Rennens weniger schmerzhaft macht. Zwischen den abgesenkten Sitzstreben haben wir zusätzlich etwas mehr Reifenfreiheit geschaffen und dabei die Erkenntnisse vom R5-CX (und der Schlammschlacht beim Unbound 2023) genutzt. Es sind viele scheinbar kleine Verbesserungen, die in der Summe viel ausmachen. Das Ergebnis ist ein Rad, das sich wie das ursprüngliche Áspero anfühlt, aber noch schneller, komfortabler und vielseitiger ist.
