Steif, präzise, kompromisslos auf Effizienz getrimmt – jeder Tritt am Steilstück landet dort, wo er hingehört: am Hinterrad. Das Shimano XT RD-M8200 Schaltwerk mit 12 Gängen schaltet Dich blitzschnell durch die 10-51T Kassette der Shimano Deore CS-M6200, sodass Du auf jeder Rampe die perfekte Trittfrequenz findest, statt gegen die Übersetzung zu kämpfen. Die Shimano FC-MT520 Kurbel mit 32T Kettenblatt und das PF-Tretlager BB-MT500 halten die Kraftübertragung sauber und wartungsarm. Und das Syncros Cable Integration System hält alle Züge im Verborgenen – für eine Linienführung, die so glatt aussieht, wie sich das Bike anfühlt.<br><br>Bergab zeigt das Scale, dass Effizienz und Kontrolle keine Gegensätze sind. Die Fox 32 Rhythm Grip mit 110 mm Federweg, 3P-Dämpfung, Rebound-Einstellung und Lockout gibt Dir die Wahl: knallhart geblockt für den Sprint, offen und sensibel für den ruppigen Trail. Über den Syncros-Acros Steuersatz justierst Du den Lenkwinkel um +/-0,6° – ein kleiner Dreh mit grosser Wirkung, wenn Du zwischen wendigem Race-Kurs und schnellem Abfahrtsgelände wechselst. Die Maxxis Rekon Race 29x2.4" Reifen mit EXO-Karkasse rollen leicht und krallen sich trotzdem in lose Kurven, montiert auf tubeless-ready Alex Rims X-30SE Felgen mit Formula-Naben und Micro Spline Freilauf. Die hydraulischen Shimano BR-MT401 Scheibenbremsen mit 180 mm vorne und 160 mm hinten dosieren Dein Tempo souverän, während die Syncros Dropper Post SP-M302-AL2 den Sattel per Knopfdruck aus dem Weg räumt, wenn es steil wird.
