Zusammen mit dem Gesamtgewicht von nur 12,5 kg entsteht ein Antritt, der Dich jedes Mal aufs Neue grinsen lässt. Das Shimano XT Schaltwerk mit 12 Gängen legt die Gänge messerscharf und geräuschlos ein, während die Shimano Deore Kassette mit 10-51 Zähnen Dir eine Bandbreite schenkt, die vom brutalen Steilstück bis zum Vollgas-Sprint auf dem Forstweg alles abdeckt. Die RockShox SID SL 3P Air Gabel mit 110mm Federweg schluckt Wurzelteppiche weg, verwandelt sich per Lockout aber in Sekunden in eine starre Rampe für den Sprint bergauf – kein Watt geht verloren.<br><br>Bergab zeigt das Scale, dass Effizienz und Kontrolle keine Gegensätze sind. Die Maxxis Rekon Race Reifen in 29x2.4" mit EXO-Karkasse rollen wahnsinnig leicht und krallen sich trotzdem in losen Untergrund, während das tubeless-ready Laufradsystem mit Alex X-25 Felgen und Formula-Naben Dir die Freiheit gibt, den Druck weiter abzusenken und noch mehr Grip herauszuholen. Der 740mm breite Syncros Flatbar gibt Dir die Hebelwirkung für präzise Linienwahl, die Syncros Duncan Dropper Sattelstütze bringt Deinen Schwerpunkt auf Knopfdruck nach unten – und plötzlich fährst Du Passagen, die Du einem Hardtail nie zugetraut hättest. Die Shimano MT401 Scheibenbremsen mit 180mm vorne und 160mm hinten dosieren dabei so fein, dass Du erst spät bremsen musst und früh wieder Gas geben kannst.<br><br>Das Scott Scale 925 2026 ist kein Bike für halbe Sachen.
